Questions, answered
Which listing sites does La7ch work with?
Most public listing pages: Redfin, Realtor.com, Keller Williams, and most brokerage and IDX sites. The agent uses a real browser, so if you can see the listing, it usually can too.
Some portals, Zillow in particular, aggressively block automated browsers. When that happens you'll see exactly what was blocked in the run log, and the attempt doesn't count toward your plan.
How long does an extraction take?
Usually one to three minutes, depending on how many photos the listing has and how the site's gallery loads. You can watch it live or come back later; it keeps running either way.
Are the photos really full resolution?
Yes. When a site serves several sizes of the same image, La7ch keeps the largest one it can find. Agent headshots, logos, map tiles, ads and "similar homes" are left out.
How does it decide the photo order?
The agent actually looks at each photo. It puts the best front exterior shot first, then other exterior views, then the interior in a natural walk-through order (living, kitchen, dining, bedrooms, baths), then yard, pool, aerial and community shots.
Can I use the photos and description in my marketing?
La7ch collects what's publicly displayed on the listing page. Rights to listing photos and copy belong to their owners (often the listing brokerage or photographer), so use them in line with your MLS rules and any licensing you have. For your own listings, this is usually straightforward.
Who can see my listings?
Only you. Listings, photos and chats are tied to your account, and photo files are never served from a public cache.
