Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of La7ch (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.
1. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.
2. Using the Service
La7ch retrieves publicly available listing pages you submit and organizes their content for you. You agree to:
- Submit only URLs you are permitted to access.
- Use extracted photos, descriptions and data in line with applicable law, MLS rules, website terms and any rights held by their owners (for example the listing brokerage or photographer).
- Not use the Service to overload, attack or circumvent the security of any website.
- Not resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.
3. Content ownership
We don't claim ownership of the listing content you extract or the chat messages you write. Listing photos and copy remain the property of their respective owners; La7ch does not grant you any rights to them. You're responsible for obtaining any permissions you need.
4. AI output
Extraction results and chat answers are generated by AI and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Verify important details, such as price, square footage or condition, against the original listing before relying on them.
5. Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and include a set number of listing extractions per billing period. Failed extractions don't count toward your allowance. Unused extractions don't roll over. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Availability
We work to keep the Service available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Third-party sites may change or block automated access at any time, which can affect extraction results.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the Service or others at risk.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, La7ch will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
