Why we built La7ch
Every agent knows the routine. Open the listing, click into the gallery, right-click and save forty photos one by one, rename them, put them back in an order that makes sense, then copy the description and facts into another document. It's twenty minutes of busywork per listing, repeated every week.
La7ch hands that job to an AI agent. It browses the listing in a real browser like you would, picks the best photos and puts them in walk-through order, and keeps the description word for word. When it's done, you can ask it about the house.
