This policy explains what information La7ch ("we", "us") collects when you use our website and service, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information: your username and a securely hashed version of your password. We never store your password in plain text.
- Listing data: the listing URLs you submit and what we extract from them, including photos, facts, descriptions, screenshots and the agent's run log.
- Chat messages: the questions you ask about a listing and the AI's replies.
- Technical data: basic request information such as IP address and browser type, used for security and to keep the service running.
How we use information
- To provide the service: extracting listings, storing results and answering your questions.
- To keep your account secure and prevent abuse.
- To support you when you contact us.
- To improve reliability, for example by investigating failed extractions.
We do not sell your personal information.
AI processing
To extract listings and answer chat questions, we send listing content (page text, screenshots and photos) and your chat messages to a third-party AI model provider. We configure that processing to exclude sensitive data from tracing where the provider allows it.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, including an optional "remember me" cookie. We don't use advertising cookies.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers to run La7ch, such as hosting, content delivery and AI model providers. They process data only on our behalf and under appropriate safeguards.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your listings, photos and chats until you delete them or close your account. Deleting a listing removes its photos, screenshots and run files. To delete your account and all associated data, email [email protected].
Security
Passwords are hashed, connections are encrypted with HTTPS, and photo files are only served to the account that owns them, never from a shared or public cache. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information. Contact us and we'll help.
Children
La7ch is a professional tool and is not directed to children under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know.
